Your prayers are vitally important!
People working in the Church-Centric Bible Translation movement face enormous challenges — some of them life-and-death struggles.
Please join us as we pray for these brothers and sisters across the globe as they work tirelessly to reach those who don’t have the Word of God in their language!
Monthly Regional Highlight – Iran
unfoldingWord has partnered with Transform Iran (TI) since 2021. TI has done remarkable work, completing 18 translations of our unfoldingWord Open Bible Stories and one New Testament, and they’re working on four New Testament translations. But today in Iran, people are advertising their kidneys for sale — a devastating picture of the economic desperation facing ordinary families. Some are surviving on just one basic meal a day. Daily life is a struggle to meet the most basic survival needs. Alongside the hope of the gospel in the heart languages of the people, Transform Iran is working through trusted networks inside the country to bring practical help to people in desperate need — including food, hygiene items, and medical supplies.
