Islands-Asia’s national language has connections with over 1000 other languages, making it one of the most strategic languages in the world for Bible translation. Church planters need the Bible in all the heart languages of Islands-Asia to plant healthy churches and disciple believers.
Project Overview
Islands-Asia includes the largest Muslim country in the world, with 786 people groups. Two hundred thirty-three people groups, or 195 million of its 279 million population, are considered unreached. unfoldingWord’s Islands-Asia partners are using our tools in 47 translations that will make the gospel accessible to 83 million people.
